Categories of Individuals Whose Information We Process

We categorize individuals whose personal data we collect and process into three groups:

  1. Subscribers – These are individuals who purchase goods and services from our customers. We do not have a direct relationship with these individuals and only process their data as part of providing services to our customers, based on our customers’ instructions. 1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Cookies: We use cookies, which are small text files stored on your device, to help improve your experience on our website. Cookies enable us to recognize your browser and capture information such as your preferences, login status, and browsing activity. They also help us understand how users interact with our website and services, allowing us to offer personalized content and improve site performance.

  • Cookie Types:

    • Essential Cookies: Necessary for the basic operation of our website and services (e.g., remembering your login credentials or session information).
    • Performance and Analytics Cookies: These cookies collect data on how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed and time spent on the site. This helps us analyze trends and improve the user experience.

    • Advertising and Tracking Cookies: These cookies help us deliver targeted ads and track your engagement with them across various websites.
  • Managing Cookies: You can control cookie settings through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, disabling cookies may impact your ability to use certain features of our website or services.

2. Web Beacons and Pixel Tags

  • Web Beacons: Our website and email communications may contain web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs). These are small images embedded in web pages or emails that allow us to monitor how you interact with our content (e.g., whether you opened an email or clicked on a link).

  • Usage: We use web beacons to track usage patterns, improve the content we deliver, and monitor the effectiveness of our email campaigns.

3. Log Files

  • Server Logs: When you visit our website, our servers automatically collect certain technical information through log files, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and other technical data. This information helps us monitor and improve the performance and security of our website and services.

These third parties may use the information they collect to deliver targeted advertisements, track your browsing behavior, and provide analytics services.

7. Do Not Track Signals

  • Do Not Track: Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites indicating that you do not want to be tracked. Currently, our website does not respond to DNT signals, as the industry standard for DNT is still evolving.

By using our website and services, you consent to our use of cookies, web beacons, and other technologies as described in this Privacy Policy. You can manage your preferences and control the collection of certain data through your browser settings, although this may affect your user experience.

Advertising Ecosystem

At Revynox, we use online advertising services that facilitate a practice known as “online behavioral advertising.” These services aggregate data about an individual’s behavior across various websites and online services, and use that data to deliver targeted advertising. For example, we permit Google’s advertising services to collect data about your interactions with the Revynox website and related content.

Google combines the data it collects from multiple sources, including Revynox and other websites, and uses this aggregated data to target ads to individuals based on specific behavioral criteria. Google does not share this aggregate data with Revynox, but we can infer that users who interact with our ads meet the criteria we have set for our advertising campaigns.

Google collects this data using technologies such as cookies, web server logs, clear GIFs, and other data collection methods. To learn more about how this data is used and how you can manage your preferences, refer to the Information Collected Through Technology section. You can also find details on how to disable cookies in the Choices About Your Information section.

How We Share Information

Revynox only shares personal information in a few limited circumstances, as outlined below. We do not rent or sell personal data for marketing purposes. According to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the definition of “sale” can include allowing third-party advertisers to collect data for use in their advertising services. In the past 12 months, we have permitted third-party services such as Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to collect data via advertising cookies. For more details on how to disable these cookies, please refer to the Information Collected Through Technology and Choices About Your Information sections.

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • With third-party providers (either our own or our customers’) whose software or services interface with or may receive information from our website, services, or other systems, but only as directed or approved by our users or as necessary to fulfill requests submitted by our customers or their users.

  • With third-party providers that offer us technology or support services (e.g., web hosting, analytics), strictly for the purpose of fulfilling their work for us. Certain third-party tools may be enabled or used in our services only with customer authorization or consent. A list of these third-party service providers (or “subprocessors” in relation to our data processing agreements with customers) is available at Revynox Subprocessors, and we reserve the right to change these service providers at any time, as long as we comply with legal or contractual obligations.

  • With our affiliates, ensuring that they adhere to this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include companies that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Revynox.

  • With other users with whom you share information via interactive features on our website. Information shared in these forums may be viewed by all users with appropriate access and may be publicly distributed.

  • With your employer or first responders in cases of emergency, safety, or security, if necessary to provide the services subscribed to by our customer.

  • With your consent, we may use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose.

  • With law enforcement or third parties when required by court order, legal process, regulations, or to enforce our contracts. This also applies if we believe the disclosure is necessary to protect our users’ rights, property, safety, or to comply with legal obligations.

  • In the event of a change of control (such as a merger, sale, or transfer of business), we may transfer your information to the new owner of the business.

  • For aggregated or anonymized data, we may use, store, transfer, or disclose information that does not personally identify any individual without restriction.

Special Note on Payment Processors: As part of Revynox’s payment services, we provide integrations for online data exchanges between our services and various payment processors. These payment processors are not our subprocessors; they are subprocessors of our customers. Our customers’ use of these services is governed by the Supplemental Terms of Service for Revynox Payments, available here. Each payment processor has its own privacy policies, and our customers are responsible for ensuring that these policies meet their needs. Personal data processing through Revynox Payments is conducted in accordance with the Payments Terms and the standards of the payment processors involved.

How We Protect Your Information

Revynox regularly reviews its data collection, storage, and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store, and process the minimum amount of personal information required for the specific purposes for which it was collected. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current. However, we rely on our account users to update their personal data as necessary.

Except as otherwise agreed with our customers, any information collected through our website or services is stored and processed in the United States. Keeping Your Information Safe: Revynox maintains industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical procedures to protect information stored in the servers we use, which are located in the United States. While no service provider can guarantee absolute security when communicating over the internet or wireless networks, we are committed to taking steps to help secure personal information in our possession.

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized Revynox personnel through secure user/password credentials and optional two-factor authentication. Only employees and agents who require access to perform their job functions are granted access. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect the data transmitted to or from our services. Other security measures include data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls.

However, it’s important to note that any information you disclose online can potentially be accessed by others. You should always be mindful of the information you share, as it may be used by others without your consent.

User Responsibilities: If you use our services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and password. You are also responsible for restricting access to your devices and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We cannot secure any personal information that you release on your own, or that you request us to release to a third party with whom you’ve shared access.

Breach Notification: Where required by applicable law or contract, Revynox will notify the relevant parties or individuals of any loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information. In such cases, the affected parties will be informed so they can take appropriate action to protect their rights. If the compromised information is customer data, we will notify the applicable customer and work with them to ensure that the necessary notifications are made to affected individuals.

Data Retention: Revynox may retain user personal information for a commercially reasonable period for backup, archival, legal compliance, or audit purposes. We may maintain anonymized or aggregated data, including usage data, for analytics purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to enhance the security or functionality of our website, or when required by law.

Once we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete, anonymize, or securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
